McCain National Defense Authorization Act for FY2019, and does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, as described in Section 889(a)(1)(B).
A signed 889 representation is on file with ePS / NDVSB, covering our catalogs on the NDVSB Federal eMarketplace and the GSA Commercial Platforms Program — this is the attestation Government Purchase Card holders rely on when buying from us through those platforms.
Our representations under FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-26 accompany our SAM.gov entity registration under UEI VVUMT2LRNWM9. Registration status and representations are publicly verifiable at SAM.gov, so any contracting officer can confirm them without going through us.
